2025年度大會

LESCT 將於 2025 年 12 月 5 日（星期五）上午 9:30 至下午 3:30，假 台北艾麗酒店舉行「2025 年度大會」，邀請國內外專家學者及業界代表，針對智慧財產鑑價、損害賠償評估與全球 IP 策略等議題進行深入探討。

上午場次特邀 前司法院大法官、國立陽明交通大學科技法律學院講座教授蔡明誠先生，主講「智慧財產鑑價與損害賠償計算方式的異同及實務運用」。隨後舉辦以損害賠償與無形資產鑑價為主題的座談會，邀請國內知名學者、法官、企業代表及律師，共同探討台灣智慧財產民事訴訟的挑戰與未來展望。

下午場次將邀請 Charles River Associates (CRA) 副總裁、全球反壟斷與智慧財產經濟分析領域的專家 Dr. Mario A. Lopez，主講：「從訴訟終局反思：損害賠償、費率設定與禁制令對 IP 授權談判的影響」，接續將進行國際智慧財產實務座談會，邀集國內外專家深入交流，探討企業如何在全球訴訟、授權及風險管理中善用智慧財產策略。

LESCT 2025 Annual Conference

LESCT will host its 2025 Annual Conference at Humble House Taipei on Friday, December 5, featuring a full-day program of insightful presentations and discussions on intellectual property valuation, damages assessment, and global IP strategy.

In the morning session, we are honored to welcome Mr. Ming-Cheng Tsai, former Justice of the Judicial Yuan and Chair Professor at the School of Law for Science and Technology, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Professor Tsai will deliver a keynote speech titled: “The Differences, Similarities, and Practical Applications of IP Valuation and Damages Calculation Methods.” Following the keynote, a panel discussion on damages and intangible asset valuation will feature distinguished scholars, judges, corporate representatives, and attorneys, who will share their insights on the challenges and future prospects of civil IP litigation in Taiwan. 

The afternoon session will feature Dr. Mario A. Lopez, Vice President at Charles River Associates (CRA)—a leading global consulting firm specializing in economic analysis for antitrust and IP litigation. Dr. Lopez will present: “Working Backward from the Litigation Endgame: The Impact of Damages, Rate Setting, and Injunctions on Licensing Negotiations. The program will conclude with an international IP practice panel, where experts from Taiwan and abroad will exchange views on how enterprises can strategically leverage intellectual property in global litigation, licensing, and risk management.
